Blecon Cloud Connected Bluetooth Smart Labels bring real-world tracking and data visibility to disposable, flexible form factors. Applying a label design manufactured by Molex and powered by InPlay's NanoBeacon™ silicon and Blecon's firmware , these ultra-thin BLE Labels connect directly to the cloud through the Blecon Beacon Network with no pairing, no application specific gateways or proprietary readers required.
Ideal for logistics, packaging and supply chain operations, these Bluetooth Tracking Labels make it easy to monitor items that were previously impractical to track, delivering secure location and data from the physical world into enterprise systems and AI workflows.

Blecon’s managed Beacon Network uses existing Bluetooth devices as coverage infrastructure such as phones, laptops, scanners and cellular gateways. Bluetooth Labels automatically connect via nearby Hotspots, gaining roaming connectivity and automatic cloud integration, without needing bespoke hardware or setup.
Data flows directly into cloud applications, databases and analytics platforms, enabling integration with AI, dashboards or enterprise visibility systems.
Each Bluetooth Label is built using advanced flexible electronics and thin-film power sources engineered and produced by Molex.
Less than 1 mm thick, the label combines a printed antenna, integrated power source and activation-on-placement design. This ensures seamless deployment - peel, stick and the label is instantly active.
Its non-lithium zinc-based power cell is safe for air transport and easy to recycle or dispose of, making the label ideal for single-use or high-volume applications where reusable trackers are not viable.
At the core of the Bluetooth Smart Label is InPlay’s NanoBeacon™ IN100 system-on-chip running Blecon's firmware, providing the intelligence that makes each label secure, efficient and cloud-ready.
The firmware manages device identity, data encryption, sensor data handling and automatic onboarding, ensuring each label operates seamlessly within the Blecon Beacon Network.
By combining InPlay’s ultra-low-cost, ultra-low-power silicon with Blecon’s firmware and Network services, this technology forms the foundation for a new generation of BLE Tracking solutions that are intelligent, scalable and easy to deploy.
