These are all powered by the Nordic Semiconductor nRF54L15, an ideal platform for IoT Bluetooth devices.
Note: Any suitable modules based on the Nordic Semiconductor nRF52, nRF53, nRF54L and nRF54H chips can also be readily used with minimal effort. Other modules may be supported on request.
