nRF54L Series
The nRF54L Series, including the nRF54L05, nRF54L10, nRF54L15 and nRF54L20, is an advanced ultra-low-power Bluetooth 5.4 SoC featuring a 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor, 1.5 MB of non-volatile memory, and 256 KB of RAM. It supports Bluetooth LE, mesh, Thread, and Matter, with a high-performing radio offering up to 8 dBm TX power and -98 dBm RX sensitivity. The SoC includes advanced security features, including PSA Level 3 certification and tamper detection. With compact packages and energy-efficient design, it is ideal for applications like AR/VR, smart home, and medical devices.

nRF54H Series
The nRF54H20 is a powerful, ultra-low power multiprotocol SoC featuring multiple Arm Cortex-M33 processors, RISC-V coprocessors, and extensive memory (2 MB flash, 1 MB RAM). Its standout features include Bluetooth LE, LE Audio, Thread, Matter support, and a best-in-class radio with -100 dBm RX sensitivity and 10 dBm TX power. The chip offers robust IoT security, high-speed peripherals like USB (480 Mbps), and ultra-low power consumption, ideal for wearables, smart home, and medical applications.

Ezurio BL54L15 Series
The BL54L15 series are based on the Nordic nRF54L15 in a 14 mm x 10 mm x 1.6 mm package.
Fanstel BM15 Series
The BM15 series (BM15C, BM15E, BM15M) are based on the Nordic nRF54L15 in a 10.0 x 14.0 x 2.0 mm package. The 32 MHz xtal, DCDC converter Inductors and capacitors for VDD are integrated.
InsightSIP ISP2454 Series
The ISP2454-MX is ultra-compact LGA module, 8 x 8 x 1 mm, is based on the ultra-low power nRF54L15 chip.
Minew ME54BS01 Series
The nRF54L15-ME54BS01 series are based on the Nordic nRF54L15 in a 23.2 x 17.4 x 2mm package.
Panasonic PAN B511-1x Series
The PAN B511-1x series are based on the Nordic nRF54L15 in a 10.35 x 9.6 mm package.
Raytac AN54L15Q Series
The AN54L15Q series (AN54L15Q, AN54L15Q-P, AN54L15Q-U) are based on the Nordic nRF54L15 in a 9.5 x 13.7 x 1.6mm package.
KAGA FEI EC4L15BA1 & ES4L15BA1 Series
The EC4L15BA1 series are based on the Nordic nRF54L15 in a 9.6 x 12.9 x 2.0 mm package. The ES4L15BA1 is available in an even smaller 3.25 x 8.55 x 1.00 mm package.

u-blox NORA-B20 Series
The NORA-B20 series (NORA-B201, NORA-B206) are based on the Nordic nRF54L15 in a 10.4 x 11.2 x 1.9 mm package.
